how a caveman ships software
anyone can participate in building software. the entry fee is your will plus a clanker. you need an idea, and a room that will review you in public.

Step 1: Have an idea
A bitcoin tool. A sovereignty tool. Something that should exist and does not.
EntropyLab started as one prompt, handed over in the middle of an X Space. There was no repo and no plan. A week later it was a lab.
Step 2: Grunt at your clanker
We talk to clankers in plain words, like cavemen pointing at a problem. Software comes back.

Step 3: Get reviewed in public
Your code gets read by engineers and by clankers on frontier models, live on a Space.
Nobody gets judged for touching code without an engineering background. Everybody gets reviewed.
Step 4: Merge to rock
Our main branch is called rock. When your code lands there, it belongs to the tribe.
First pull requests happen live. Listeners hop on stage, learn on the spot, and land their first contribution.
